7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep is a must. It reduces the stress hormones and lets all the cells of the body to repair and rejuvenate ,resulting in a healthy glowing skin

It is one of the most important drug you can take. It makes sure every organ of the body will work well. One and half to two litres of water a day is a must. Adequate water will make your skin soft and full giving you younger looks. people with Heart and kidney problems should consult their doctors regarding the amount of water in take.

Anti-oxidants containing foods like onion,garlic,carrots,green tea,seafood,nuts,berries,fruits and green leafy vegetables help to give you healthy skin. Avoid deep fried greasy foods and also processed high sugar content foods.

Exposure for about 30 min to early morning sun is good for skin and general health. Over exposure to sun can damage your skin leading to wrinkles and pigmentation. Use a good sunscreen at regular intervals to avoid damage from excessive sun light. Use a good moisturizer cream or lotion, generously to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.
